jadbaj Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jadbaj ("jadbaj", "we", "us", "the Platform") in connection with your use of the jadbaj website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services. jadbaj is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh, with all transactions conducted in Banglad eshi Taka (BDT).

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold one jadbaj account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jadbaj uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.

All financial transactions on jadbaj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jadbaj supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No currency conversion is applied and no hidden fees are charged by jadbaj on standard transactions.

The minimum deposit on jadbaj is ৳20. Deposits are credited to your jadbaj account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact jadbaj support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests on jadbaj are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Most withdrawals on jadbaj are processed within 5 minutes, though in some cases processing may take up to 24 hours.

jadbaj reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, if the account has not completed identity verification, or if the withdrawal would result in a negative balance after pending bonus wagering requirements are considered.

jadbaj offers bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Not all games on jadbaj contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe.
• jadbaj reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless jadbaj explicitly states otherwise.

Attempting to abuse the jadbaj bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a way designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account closure.

All bets placed on jadbaj are subject to the specific rules of the game being played. Game rules are accessible from within each game on the jadbaj platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Bets placed on jadbaj are final once confirmed. jadbaj does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical error that results in a bet being placed incorrectly, contact jadbaj support immediately with details of the transaction.

jadbaj uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games. The outcomes of all games on jadbaj are determined by these RNGs and are not influenced by jadbaj staff or any external party. Published RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are accurate and reflect the long-term statistical return of each game.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game.
• jadbaj reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a system malfunction.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the jadbaj system log is the definitive record.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jadbaj and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the jadbaj platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using jadbaj for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's jadbaj account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jadbaj staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the jadbaj platform.

jadbaj employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor for unusual betting patterns, account activity, and payment behaviour. Where prohibited conduct is detected, jadbaj reserves the right to void all associated bets, close the account, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

jadbaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Detection of duplicate accounts.
• Underage gambling or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at the player's own request — any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard verification checks.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game outcome, jadbaj reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. This is the limit of jadbaj's liability in such circumstances.

Your continued use of jadbaj after the updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using jadbaj and contact support to close your account.
